Shopify migration questions, answered

Do I need a Shopify account before we start?

No. We can start a free Shopify trial for you and build inside it, or work in your existing account. You only start paying Shopify once you decide to launch, and the account is always yours.

How long does a Shopify migration take?

Most stores go live in two to four weeks depending on the size of your catalog and how quickly you can review. We agree on a firm launch date during the discovery call.

What do you need from me?

A short kickoff call, access to your product list (a spreadsheet or your current menu is fine), your logo if you have one, and a little time to review the preview. We handle everything else.

What happens after launch? Am I on my own?

You own the store completely and we hand over clear documentation. We also offer optional monthly support if you would rather keep us on call for updates and seasonal campaigns.

Can you handle pickup, delivery, and bookings, not just shipping?

Yes. We regularly set up local pickup, delivery zones, gift cards, memberships and appointment booking. Tell us how customers buy from you and we will build that flow.

How much will Shopify itself cost me?

Shopify plans start at a low monthly rate billed directly by Shopify, separate from our one-time build fee. We will recommend the right plan for your size during the call.
